Build Your Own
This training is the most common program of choice for coaches. This program allows coaches to build a program with coach Kenny. While keeping in mind that the athletes’ age will dictate the focus and intensity of the training, we will work together to build a program that works to accomplish the needs of your group/team. A few examples include:
• Coach Kenny comes to a little league practice twice a week for 30 minutes at the end of practice to work on speed training
• Coach Kenny does a 9 month “Total package training” program for 4 high school volleyball players three times a week for 1.5 hours a session
• Coach Kenny prepares a team of soccer players to increase speed for their season by having a 8 week training program that emphasizes running technique and reaction skills
• Pre-season training programs, combine training programs, etc…
