High School

High School (ages 13-17)
Training is sport specific while also increases fitness levels. This training is more “sport-specific” than the earlier years and enables student-athletes to work on drills and skills that will be more readily applicable to their sport. There is a strong focus on running mechanics as well as first step explosive/quickness in all directions for all training. If participating in small group or personal training, unique strategies to meet the needs of each individual will also be included in the training program.
