Keiki (Ages 4-8)
Training focuses on FUN and Fundamentals of fitness and sport. This training is all about exploration and learning how to accomplish movements efficiently. Keiki will learn basic running technique and will be exposed to a variety of drills to increase coordination and enjoy increased levels of fitness.

“My two sons began working with Kenny a few years ago. Initially it was to supplement their karate training. The training results were impressive on their own. Their coordination, speed & athleticism were noticeably improved. The more surprising thing was that both my sons were eager and wanted to go to these sessions.
