Youth

Youth (ages 9-12)
Training focuses on general sports performance and fitness training. The objectives with this age group are to continue to develop proper running mechanics and to build agility and quickness using various equipment and strategies to vary learning experiences. This training is more intense then the Keiki Training but still focuses on fun.
