Whether it is personal, small group, team, or a camp/clinic, Power Hour is comprised of absolute training featuring premier training concepts using a wide variety of training equipment. Power Hour is structured to meet your fitness and sports performance goals!All Power Hour trainings will touch upon Speed, Agility, Quickness, Power, Coordination, Strength, Acceleration, Explosiveness, plyometrics, flexibility, running technique, and fun. There are never two identical training sessions because variation is critical to making our hard work pay off when it counts. Certain elements may follow a certain progression that may need repetition (running technique drills), but the related drill work and training will constantly change.
