For example, if athlete arrives in Hawaii on January 1st, he/she will need a negative test on or after January 6th to return to training. If athlete doesn’t test, the athlete will have to wait until January 11th to return to in-person training.

    • has been diagnosed with Coronavirus/COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.
  • Virtual Training Best Practices
To ensure optimal sessions, I recommend the following best practices:
    • Student has the meeting link for the session.
    • Student is logged into Zoom at least five minutes ahead of his or her scheduled session as sessions will begin on time
    • Student trains in a silent space or uses a Bluetooth speaker or headphones to clearly hear directions and feedback
    • Use of high-speed Internet with a minimum bandwidth of 600kbps (for home Internet). Internet speed can be tested at speedtest.net. Most cellphone networks are equipped with this bandwidth.
    • Student uses a training space of a minimum of 9’ x 6’ to ensure his or her entire body is visible on the screen
    • Student uses a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises
    • Student has clean shoes, if training indoors
  • Training Norms and Expectations
Please ensure your student complies with the same norms and expectations that are in-use during our in-person group sessions as follows:
    • Training is limited to registered students only
    • Student is the only person visible on the screen
    • Photography, videography, and posting students training on social media is prohibited as sessions are private and promote a safe learning environment.
    • Student can perform all KP Fundamentals (From YouTube) proficiently prior to first session
    • Ensure your student is hydrated prior to and during the session
    • Ensure your student does not train if he or she is sick, injured, dehydrated, etc.
